Garage conversion

A garage conversion in Solihull

This Solihull garage was converted into a fully finished, usable room, brought up to the same standard as the rest of the house rather than left as an afterthought. The work included a new insulated roof, replacement windows and a part-glazed entrance door, plumbing and electrics run through to match the main house, and a rendered, matching brick finish outside so the extension reads as part of the original build, not a bolt-on. The result is genuine extra living space without touching the garden or footprint of the house.
